JC450 camera how to imput video?

Topic: JC450 camera how to imput video?

the camera is connected to the platform, but when we watch the video (already active with the 5 cameras) the live footage does not appear, why does this happen? How do I request the videos? We need an answer, we've tried everything and we have 30 JC450 units on the bench

Hello,
You should ensure Video monitoring and Units: Commands services are enabled for your account and added to your units’ billing list—without this, live streams won’t appear. Verify you have these access rights for each unit: view object, connectivity, commands, logs, etc.
Next, you go to each unit’s Video tab → Set cameras, and select your 5 JC450 cameras. Without this, the platform won’t attempt live stream or playback

Wialon currently supports H.264 and H.265 streams. Confirm JC450 is sending a supported codec. Ensure your browser supports the codec being used

After selecting a unit on the Live stream tab, wait up to 30 seconds; if no image appears, click the stream block to retry. If still blank, check that the unit is online with camera accessible.

Are you only trying live streaming, or also stored playback? For playback, you must request a time interval, then click the camera feed again .

Re: JC450 camera how to imput video?

The issue with your 30 Jimi IoT JC450 units not displaying live footage despite being connected to the platform, like Tracksolid Pro, could be due to network connectivity issues, incorrect camera configuration, or a platform-specific streaming error. To troubleshoot, ensure each JC450 unit has a stable 4G connection, verify camera settings in Tracksolid Pro for proper channel freehit activation, and check for firmware updates on Jimi IoT’s support site. For retrieving recorded videos, access the Tracksolid Pro platform, navigate to the playback section, and select the desired camera and time range to download or view stored footage, ensuring your microSD cards (up to 512GB) are properly installed and formatted.
